You must have the vehicle repaired and re-tested within 21 days or before 4000km, whichever comes first. Tests take between 30 and 60 minutes.
We will check for the main failure items that are promoted by the NCT centre. An NCT applies to all cars over 4 years old and is a statutory requirement to pass every 2 years. For vehicles aged 10 years or more, an NCT is required every year.
